6. Swiss Mod Meeting 16.-18. Juli 2010

Welcome to the 6th Swiss Mod Meeting. This year the meeting is gonna be from 16th-18th July 2010.

As we had bad weather last year, we decided to organzie the meeting in the middle of the summer, and hope to have a perfect suspension weather.

Like everyyear we have a secluded house with alot of space and forrest around it, where we can have nice bbq and good talkes ;)

Some informations:

The house offerst one big sleepingroom for about 40 people. Sadly this time (again) we can't offer you to bring your own tent for camping, as we are not allowed.

Food: his is a BBQ-style, "bring your own food" event. Everybody's been grilling all kinds of food in the past, and the equipment necessary for that is provided. Shopping facilities are a ten-minute walk away (but expect limited opening hours!). There is a fridge available where you can put your food in to keep it cool (space is limited, though).

Drinks: Non-alcoholic beverages are included in the general admission price. We'll have beer for sale (cheaply), too, so you don't need to carry too much.

Confort: In the house we have standard toilets, showers and a kitchen with a big fridge (space is limited) if you have some xxx please bring them with you. Next to the house is a fireplace with a Grill and a river to take a nice cold bath.

Suspensions, Pullings & Static rigging: All your suspension/pulling/static rigging needs can be accommodated. We'd need to know in advance, though so the team can plan and bring the necessary material. Please contact us at swissmodmeeting@gmx.ch for that.

Bodymodifications: roLANd from visavajara offers you almost everything you can get at the Swiss Mod Meeting. (Implants, Tongue spliting etc.)

Cost and Registration:

As the limitet space, everyone definitely needs to register! Please either use the RSVP feature on IAM or send an email to swissmodmeeting@gmx.ch.

Registering is the ONLY way to ensure you're going to receive additional information (driving directions, the exact location etc.) which will be sent

by email.

The fee for attending the event (that includes the use of the house/your bed for the two nights and non-alcoholic drinks) is CHF 70.00 (ca. EUR 45.00) per person, payable in cash upon arrival.


If you want to suspend, prices will vary depending on style (how many hooks are used) and start at EUR 80 for a regular 4pt. If some questions remain unanswered, please don't hesitate to ask us directly by e-mail!
